Today Mommy and Mumsie took me for my very first trip to the spa! it was wonderful. The ladies at the spa ooh'd and aww'd over me and told me that they couldn't wait for me to be old enough to get my nails done. Mommy let me pick out her nail color too! I think i chose a pretty pink. It's hard to tell since I don't see in color yet. But she told me it was a pretty pink.
Mommy then put the car seat down near where she was getting her pedicure. I was sleeping up until she got comfy in the chair. I wanted to get a closer look at this whole spa / pedicure thing so I cried for her to pick me up. Once she got me, i quick.y looked around and then fell into a nice deep sleep. Mumsie took a picture of us to document my first trip! When Mommy was done getting her toes all painted, it was time for her manicure. She quietly and gently put me back into my car seat. I tried very hard to be good since I didn't want her to muck up her pretty nails. She was so proud that I slept the whole time! Once Mumsie's and Mommy's nails were done, we got back into the car and headed towards the hair cutting place. Mumsie said it'd be a good idea to call them first to make sure that Luz was there to cut their hair. Apparently she had gone home so Mommy made appointments for tomorrow.
Them Mommy and Mumsie decided that they were hungry and they went to Boston Market to get some lunch. Mommy got a chicken salad and Mumsie got meatloaf. Mommy and I were surprised that Mumsie got meatloaf because the meatloaf that Mumsie makes is amazing... why even bother with someone elses meatloaf? i'm just a baby and I know that Mumsie makes the best meatloaf.
After our exciting spa day and lunch date, it was time to head back on home.
