Sunday June 26 - my one month birthday!

Today is my one month birthday! We arrived at Uncle Mikes, Auntie Helene and RyRy's house around 2am today. I slept well during the car ride down to VA. Once we got to their house, I was awake and wanted to say hi to everyone. When it was time to go to bed, I wasn't very tired and had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I finally fell asleep and then woke up about 2 hours later. Mommy was so tired! when i fell asleep again, i only slept for an hour or so. I explained to mommy that i was going through my growth spurt and so today i was going to eat a lot and be super fussy.

Mommy's bottom half is still feeling REALLY sore so today was a long and trying day for the two of us.

Around 4pm, we got into the car and headed towards one of Auntie Helene's Mommy groups. It was a French meet up group at a park about 40 minutes away. It was fun. I slept a lot, but mommy liked getting out of the house for a while. Mommy had a hotdog, cheese and a sausage. I was excited to taste them later (through the breast milk). After about an hour or so, Mommy, Mumsie and I left to go to babies r us to pick up some pieces for mommy's breast pump; plus Mommy's bottom really hurt and she wanted an ice pack and a beer. (ha ha)Mommy found the pieces she needed and even bought me a baby wipe warmer so that I wouldn't get so upset when mommy and daddy changed my diaper and used those cold wipes! now i'll have warm wipes for my tushy wushy. yay. do i have these adults wrapped around my little finger or what?

At the end of the day, mommy looked at the baby tracker to see how much i had eaten and she was amazed! I had eaten 9.5 ounces PLUS ate for almost 2 hours.
